We wanted to let you know as soon as we could, that notwithstanding our extensive discussions, working behind the scenes between Symphony Hall and ourselves in order to try and find a safe way to perform Proms Night Spectacular for you this year, unfortunately, given the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, the uncertainties of constantly changing rules and logistics around social distancing, with much sadness, it is just not going to be possible this year.
The safety of our lovely audience, our members and the staff at Symphony Hall are of course at the centre of our focus. We have regrettably therefore had no option other than to cancel the event for this year.
We at BPSO share the disappointment that this news will bring to so many of our loyal followers and we wish to thank you all for your kind and continued support for us and our annual events at Symphony Hall that we look forward to each year.
The start of the festive seasons will just not be the same this year, but rest assured that our date of Saturday, 4th December 2021 is firmly booked at Symphony Hall for Proms Night Spectacular! next year and we will of course do all in our power to stage our full, fun and fireworks-fuelled event for you again next year.
If you have asked us to hold pre-reserved seats for you, I would be delighted to hold these for next Proms Night Spectacular! for you. If you are not able to make the date or no longer wish them to be reserved for you, please let us know here. More details will follow as soon as we are able to open the Box Office for 2021.
