The orchestra was established in 1989 and over the years many members have come and gone but a number of the original line up still remain.
The orchestra is always keen to hear from prospective players.
Membership is open to police officers (both serving and retired), police staff (both serving and retired) and to other members of the extended police family.
The orchestra meets approximately once a month for a weekend rehearsal at various police establishments across the country.
